How to Submit a Warranty ClaimUpdated 15 days ago

We are committed to resolving your issue as quickly and smoothly as possible. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the four steps outlined below.


Before You Begin: Please Have This Information Ready


To expedite your claim, please gather the following information before contacting us. Please note that claims submitted without a valid proof of purchase cannot be processed.

  • Proof of Purchase (Required):

    • For Amazon Customers: Your Amazon Order ID number.

    • For Shopify Customers: The email address you used to place the order.

  • Description of the Issue: A clear and detailed explanation of the problem you are experiencing with the product.

  • Photos or Video (Highly Recommended): Visual evidence of the defect helps our team diagnose the problem and accelerate the approval process.



Step 1: Submit Your Claim


Email our dedicated warranty support team at [email protected].

In your email, please include all the information you prepared above: your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any photos or videos you have taken.


Step 2: Receive Your Authorization & Shipping Instructions


Once we receive your email, our team will review your claim. If it qualifies under our warranty terms, we will email you the following:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is essential for tracking your return.

  • Detailed instructions on how to ship the product to our facility.

Shipping Costs:

  • Within the first 60 days of purchase: We will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover all shipping costs.

  • After 60 days from purchase: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our facility. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to you.


Step 3: Prepare and Ship Your Product


To ensure your product arrives safely and is processed without delay, please follow these instructions carefully:

  1. Clean Your Product: For health and safety reasons, your product must be clean and dry before it is packed.

  2. Pack Securely: Use the original box if possible, or a sturdy container with sufficient padding to prevent damage in transit.

  3. Mark Your RMA Number: Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Packages received without an RMA number on the exterior may be refused and returned to the sender.

  4. Ship the Product: Use the shipping instructions provided in our email.


Step 4: Inspection and Resolution


Once we receive your package, our technicians will inspect the product to confirm the defect.

  • If Approved: We will promptly repair or replace your product at our discretion.

  • Notification: We will notify you via email once your claim is approved and provide tracking information as soon as your repaired or replacement unit has been shipped back to you
