Due to the bodily fluids and water sources coming in contact with your cold plunge and chiller, these restocking fees are non-negotiable.&#xA0; Damaged or missing items are subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of Primal Health. Please be aware that returns for opened and used items may take longer to process due to sanitization and inspection periods.&#xA0; Damages and issues&#xA0;Returns up To 14 Days After Delivery Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You&#x2019;ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
